KCWA and Oceans Alive have formed a partnership with Blue Ventures following a trip to Madagascar by the James Tsofa, Chairman of KCWA, Charles Nyale, Chairman of the Kuruwitu Beach Management Unit and Eisha Alex, a committeee member and a fish monger with the Kuruwitu Womens Group. The group were introduced to the various octopus fishery projects and now the KCWA is in the initial stages of starting its own.
